This page explains what Point A Designs collects when you order a cap on this website, and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you place an order we save your name, phone number, delivery address, the design you made, any notes you wrote, pictures of your cap, and any picture you uploaded. We do not ask for card details. Payment is by bank transfer, outside this website.

Why we collect it

To make your cap, deliver it, and contact you about your order. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or share them.

Who can see it

Only Point A Designs. Orders are stored with Supabase, a database provider, on servers in London. You can check your own order with your order reference and phone number.

How long we keep it

We keep order records while they are useful for your order and for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
